Kathy grew up along the tree lined Mississippi River in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she learned the value of hard work and dedication. For the past 37 years she and her family have called Kennewick home. She and her husband, Chris Yale, appreciate the wonderful sense of community here in the Tri-Cities. They’ve cherished being able to raise their family here.

Kathy has enjoyed volunteering in local youth organizations, her children’s schools, and in her church community. She’s learned she’s happiest when helping others, whether it’s planning and executing a large community event or working one on one. She’s excited to carry this service-oriented approach into her real estate career. She loves the thrill of a big project, and using her creativity to find solutions to problems. Her work ethic, and commitment to see a job through to completion, will bring great success to her clients and their real estate needs.
